Fall Tryout Information |

About joining the team:
— The Fall Performance team practice will begin early August. The team participation is through mid-October.
— Tryouts for the Fall performance team were open to rising 9th through 12th graders.
— The 2026 Season Spring tryouts are for anyone interested in the Fall performance team & will be held in April 2026 . (Note: Fall performance tryouts will be held 100% in person.) We will announce all tryout information on our social media -- please follow us for timely updates.

Before fall practice begins, all dancers must have an up to date physical on file. You can check https://armstronghs-ar.rschooltoday.com/ or in the activities office. You will not be able to participate if your physical is not up to date.
A dancer/parent/coach meeting will be held early August.
Other information:
— There will be no cuts for fall; all who come to tryouts will be a part of the fall dance team! The spring tryout days served as an introduction to the team and provide coaches with information on each member of the team.
— All AHS students (and rising 9th graders) are welcome regardless of gender or dance experience.
You will also need to complete the registration requirements below prior to regular fall practices beginning.
AHS Athletics Registration Information
All participants in activities programs at Armstrong High School must be fully registered prior to the participant's tryout and/or first practice. Online registration is encouraged; paper forms can be picked up at the Armstrong Activities Office or downloaded from the Robbinsdale District website. Full registration and participation details are also found on the district website, and will be available in July to complete.
Registration forms can be returned to the Activities Office during office hours: 7:00 am to 2:30 pm OR scanned and emailed to [email protected] The activity fee for ADT Fall Dance is payable to ADT Fall Boosters via cash or check. The fee is $110.
