About Armstrong Dance Team - Winter Season
Armstrong Winter Dance team is a competitive MSHSL sport at Armstrong High School.
Winter dance team members utilize technique, endurance, and performance ability in two routines: high kick and jazz. Winter dance team is comprised of students in grades 7-8 attending Plymouth or Sandburg Middle Schools and students in grades 9-12 attending Armstrong High School. Winter dance season begins in October and ends in early February.
Practice Times: Both JV and Varsity will practice Monday-Friday at 4:30-6:30 pm at Armstrong High School.
Summer Dance Training and Camps: Summer Dance Training Monday, June 12 @4:30-6:30p: SDT Week 1 Tuesday, June 13 @6:30-8a: SDT Week 1 Wednesday, June 14 @4:30-6:30p: SDT Week 1 Monday, June 19 @4:30-6:30p: SDT Week 2 Tuesday, June 20 @6:30-8a: SDT Week 2 Wednesday, June 21 @4:30-6:30p: SDT Week 2 Monday, June 26 @4:30-6:30p: SDT Week 3 Tuesday, June 27 @6:30-8a: SDT Week 3 Wednesday, June 28 @4:30-6:30p: SDT Week 3 Cost is $20 per session or if paid upfront, $125 for all 9 sessions.
St. Cloud State University Home Camp SCSU will be offering a 3-day home camp clinic July 10-12 from 6-9 p.m. for $55 per dancer.

Lettering requirements: For dancers to letter, they must complete a full season on the varsity team.
